How to Submit a Help Ticket

1. Login to the student dashboard and navigate to the PROCTORING TAB.

2. A HELP button is located at the TOP RIGHT of the screen. 

3. Once selected, you will be directed to a SUPPORT REQUEST page.

4. To open a new ticket, select OPEN A TICKET, in the TOP RIGHT corner.

5. A new window will pop-up and allow you to input the necessary information. (Subject - Type of Issue (drop-down menu) - Exam the issue is related to (not required) - Any Comments)

6. Once you have added all pertinent information, select SUBMIT at the bottom to finish.

7. Your ticket will now be viewable on the main Support Request list.
