Joining a proctoring Room for Hybrid Virtual Proctoring Sessions
- Navigate to your Proctor account at proctor.smarterproctoring.com
- On the left-side of the page, there is a button that reads “HYBRID PROCTORING”.
- Once selected, a new page will open, you will need to select the location for the room you wish to join.
- Once the location is chosen, you will be able to click JOIN ROOM for the specific room that you are going to use for testing.
- Once, in the room, you will be able to see the following.
- Students waiting to be onboarded or allowed into the room to test
- The room name
- The proctor(s) in the room. If it is shared, you will see all the proctors names listed
- The settings for that room.
