1. Log into the Course Dashboard.
2. Find the exam that your student is taking and click VIEW EXAM, in the bottom-right corner of the window.
3. On the exam page, you will see a yellow bar at the top of the page that tells you how many incidents have been reported. to review each one, click REVIEW.
4. A new window will appear and show you the session details. Such as the open & close date for the exam, student name, incident type, and session date/time. To see more about the incident click MORE INFORMATION.
5. After clicking the More Information button, you will now see the incident information. at the bottom of the window, there will be a VIEW SESSION DETAILS button. Click this to see the recording of the session and the specific flagged items.
