1. Gather all materials from the student related to the exam. (i.e. exam, scrap paper)
2. Input the total number of pages on the cover page to be returned.
3. Return the Exam via one of the three return processes.
***To return the completed exam the exam files will first need placed in the proper order and then scanned into a PDF file. Once the exam is in a PDF file one of the following methods can be used to return the exam***
- Email: Address the message to exams@dropbox.smarterproctoring.com. After successful processing an email confirmation will be sent back - this can take up to 5 minutes.
- Direct Upload: Upload the scanned file using one of the following:
- via SmarterProctoring
- Login to your SmarterProctoring account.
- Navigate to this session in your session list, click "View all Sessions".
- Click “View Session” to open the session details and upload the file for the specific student.
- Click on "Upload file or Upload a new version if one already is uploaded"
- via RegisterBlast
- Login to your RegisterBlast account.
- Navigate to this session in your session list. (Use REPORTS -> EXAM ROSTER)
- Once you have found the student in question click on the small icon by their name to open the session details and upload the file.
- Scroll to the bottom and when you see the SmarterProctoring exam details, click on "Upload file or Upload a new version if one already is uploaded"

WHY ARE THE COVER PAGES IMPORTANT?
They serve as a way to organize all material related to the written exam and allow the submission to be reviewed in an organized manner. Additionally, the resubmission with the cover page will AUTOMATICALLY close the session for you the proctor.
