Issue
For certain exams, your instructor may decide to include attachments or additional materials such as a formula sheet or periodic table. Please utilize the following steps to access this material.
Please keep in mind that your instructor must configure the exam to allow for new tabs and not force full screen for this to work. If those settings are not properly set, you will encounter difficulties accessing the additional materials.

Steps to follow
- Once your exam has started, locate the red Automated Proctoring extension icon in the toolbar. If you do not see the extension, you may need to click on the Google Chrome extension menu which looks like a puzzle piece. Under this menu you will find the Automated Proctoring extension.
- Click the red lock to open the extension options. In some cases, it may take a few seconds for the options menu to appear.
- After the options appear, any materials will be listed at the bottom in the attachment section. Simply click the items you wish to download and open. Please keep in mind these will download as PDFs that you then can click to open in your PDF viewer.
