Issue
Your computer or laptop has multiple cameras to choose from, ie front and rear facing cameras and you are unable switch to the preferred camera by using the drop down menu.

Steps to follow
- On the upper right hand side of Chrome, you will see a camera icon. By clicking on this icon, you can select which camera you want to utilize for the exam.
If this solves the problem and you now see the correct camera feed, then you can continue with the onboarding process. If not, proceed to step 2. - Even if you have given Chrome permission to use your camera, you will need to check that the correct camera was granted permission.
Navigate to: chrome://settings/content?search=content and click on the Camera listing.
Once opened select your preferred camera from the drop down menu and insure that the toggle is set to allow. - Return to the onboarding for your exam and verify that the correct input is now displayed on your System Check preview.
