SmarterProctoring Automated uses the global Twilio media network for all multi-media communications. Use the information below to configure your firewall to enable communication with Twilio.
Media Server Regions
The closest media region will be selected when a user starts their automated proctoring session. This capability helps to reduce media latency and offer a more stable video experience.
