ProctorU Online Live Proctoring is one of the companies that SmarterProctoring Partners with to provide flexible proctoring solutions.
Creating an online live proctored exam is started by logging into your SmarterProctoring dashboard and creating a new exam. Information on this process can be found here:

*Important notes*
When creating an exam that is to be proctored through ProctorU it is important to select scheduling dates that are appropriate for your exam. Students will be required to schedule an appointment with a live proctor at ProctorU and as such a narrow scheduling window can result in a situation where no live proctors are available during that window.
The exam close date and time that you see on the instructors dashboard is the date and time in which the exam access ends for the student even if they did not answer all of the questions.

Faculty/Instructors
Within the first few days of each course start date It is critical that you :
- Login to SmarterProctoring for each course that you are instructing.
- Report any issues that you experience to our SmarterProctoring Support team so they have the opportunity to resolve the issue well in advance of your exams.
Additional Info. for Faculty/Instructors:
- You may use the
button located at the bottom of the SmarterProctoring instructor dashboard to connect our support team by chat or email. - Make sure you have the correct URL to the exam in the URL field in SmarterProctoring.
- The password to the exam in your LMS MUST match the password input to SmarterProctoring exactly.
- Do your best not to edit exam details within 24 hours of the testing window.
Students
