1A. There are two ways to reschedule your exam: You can click the “Reschedule Appointment” in your Appointment Confirmation email.
Next, click on the “Reschedule” button. Please note that you will only have this option if you are attempting to reschedule before your exam’s start time.
1B. You can also reschedule your exam by clicking the “Start Exam” link in your Appointment Confirmation email.

2. Next, you will be prompted to select a new date and time for your exam. Only available time slots will appear on any selected date. Once you have selected a date, you will then be able to select a new time to take your exam.
3. Upon selecting a new date and time, you will see a confirmation screen.
4. Shortly after rescheduling your exam, you will receive an email with your new testing information.
